Over the weekend I took a Reiki workshop with Jennie Falco and was introduced to the Five Reiki Principles. These principles can be a simple meditation easy to incorporate into our daily lives and re-focus our day. It's much easier to vow to change for just one day. And soon, one day becomes many!
1. Just for today, do not worry.
2. Just for today, do not anger.
3. Just for today, honor your parents, teachers, and elders.
4. Just for today, earn your living honestly.
5. Just for today, show gratitude to every living thing.
